The use of ticketpad.gr website, reservations and purchase of the offered by ticketpad services is subject to the conditions listed below. The use of this page and any reservations or purchases services from ticketpad implies the knowledge and unconditional acceptance of the following General Terms of Use.

The ticketpad as company and administrator of ticketpad.gr website, acting as an agent of services of other providers. As a result you are highly recommended to read the General Conditions of Use of the respective provider.

Booking

Reservations made through completion of the booking form, telephone calls, or in company office entail the explicit mandate to ticketpad o act as the broker in providing travel services, either by the requested supplier or any other travel services.

Ticketpad will always try to inform you, if your contact information is available (phone, e-mail), in case of changes in the offered services, eg in case of delay or cancellation of flight, provided that it has receive information on time by the supplier.

For changes, delays and cancellations of the offered travel services and products due to the supplier, ticketpad bears no responsibility at all.

The user is responsible for compliance with the conditions set by each supplier, eg conditions imposed by any airline on time check in.

In case that any user violates the Terms of Use of the website, ticketpad reserves the right to reject his orders.

There is fee for services provided by ticketpad, which differs regarding the purchased product. Each charge will appear on the booking form, prior your confirmation.

Ticketpad is not obliged to transfer any product before the payoff of it. It is possible that ticket will ask from the user to submit evidence regarding your address, a copy of your credit card or bank deposit account, before issuing your ticket.

When the transaction with the Credit Card did not pass through the 3D Secure Authentication procedure airtickets S.A has the right to ask for transaction confirmation by the issuing bank of the card holder. In case negative/no answer is being received for security reason the transaction can be cancelled and the amount will be refunded in full without any further obligation towards the client. The above is communicated to the client via e-mail and sms to the contact details inserted during the reservation.

Booking confirmation

Upon the completion of your reservation, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. You should check that the elements of the reservation is correct and inform ticketpad in case there is any mistake on the reservation that you have made. The check and the confirmation of the elements should be done as soon as possible within the same calendar day.

Product delivery

As long as electronic tickets or tickets have completely replace paper tickets, your air ticket will be sent to you through e-mail.
You can receive your boat tickets by the following ways:
Α. on our premises, free of charge
Β. by courier with charge depending on the delivery destination
C. Most shipping companies, give you the option to receive your tickets directly from the departure port. During the booking process you will be prompted to select collection options on your tickets. To pick up your tickets at the port, choose the option “collect at port” if it is available.

Passport, Visa and Immunization requirements for your journey

All trips abroad require new Greek passport, issued from 2006 onwards. The Schengen area countries accept new type identities. Ticketpad recommends that you have a passport valid until the scheduled return date at least. Some countries require passport expiring at least 3 -12 months after the time of arrival to them. Ticketpad provides all the necessary information concerning the travel documents required. Nevertheless, ticketpad is no way liable for any failure to issue necessary travel documents.

Specifically, holders of foreign passports must inform the ticketpad in writing and addressed themselves to authorities of their country and countries to be visited (and pass through) in order to check whether they need a visa or any other documents Failure to ensure the timely issuance of visas or travel documents do not justify disqualification traveler without charge.

Cancellations – Changes

Ticketpad as travel agent assumes no responsibility for the capability of changes or cancellations on the services and products provided by suppliers. The rules are set by the perspective supplier. Before the making of any reservations you are highly recommended to read and accept those rules and restrictions. Ticketpad provides you all this information during the procedure of the reservation and on the e-mail of confirmation too.

The cost that will be occurred in case of changes or cancellation of purchased services rest exclusively on the client. In case of change or cancellation you should inform ticketpad
in writing in order the latter to take all the necessary actions.
